Fadel is proud to communicate the consolidations of the Ombudsman Channel, which started on 01/04/2020. This channel serves as a contribution to our Code of Conduct and Ethics, the hearing plays a strategic role in the organization mediating relations, establishing an environment of balance, receiving and reflecting ideas and suggestions for improvement that add value to this relationship.

The channel will be managed by the company 0800Brasil, which will receive calls and forward them to the Fadel ethics committee, which will consecutively address each issue within its scope.

Access to opening calls can be made by phone +0800 580 3683 Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 18:00 pm, during this period an analyst will perform the service, outside of these hours the contact will be made by answering machine on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays for 24 hours a day. In addition to the telephone, we will have access via the web to contact the public, through the link www.0800brasil.com.br/fadeltransportes
